Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance
Puthusu (“Puthusu”, “we”, “us”) is a product launch platform operated by Superkabe and available at puthusu.com. By creating an account or otherwise using Puthusu, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Puthusu. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Your account
You sign up with your email and a password. You must verify your email address before you can submit a product or use your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Submitting products
You may only submit products you own or are authorised to represent, and you confirm the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. You keep ownership of what you submit and grant Puthusu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote the content you submit - including the name, tagline, description, logo, screenshots, social links, and any offer - on the platform and in related promotion (for example launch listings and social posts). Submissions are reviewed before they go live.
5. Backlinks & exclusive offers
When your product is published, its listing includes a link to your website. If you add an exclusive offer or promo code for the Puthusu community, you are solely responsible for honouring it and for ensuring it is accurate and lawful. Puthusu is not a party to any transaction between you and other users.
6. Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, deceptive, or spam content. Do not manipulate upvotes or rankings, create fake accounts, impersonate others, scrape the platform, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. You are responsible for the comments and other content you post and grant us the same licence as in section 4 to display it.
7. Moderation
To keep the platform useful and safe, we may review, approve, schedule, reject, edit the placement of, or remove any submission or comment, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms - at our reasonable discretion.
8. Our intellectual property
The Puthusu name, the Superkabe name, our logo, and the platform itself (design, code, and content we create) belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our brand assets only as described on our brand page and may not use them in a way that implies endorsement without permission.
9. Third-party links
Listings and profiles link to external websites and social profiles we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third-party sites.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puthusu and Superkabe are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using Puthusu and request that your account be deleted at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the platform and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as licences you granted for already-published content, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date above, and significant changes may be highlighted. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Superkabe is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
